Comedies, classic Disney movies from when I was a kid, sometimes sappy stuff like The Notebook, I had a bad experience with a scary movie as a kid and I still can't handle them.

THE OFFICE!! Shows on HGTV, TLC, Mythbusters, sometimes stuff on Bravo, my husband has kind of sucked me into his shows on Scifi :).
Books
Anything I can learn from really. Books on herbs, history, gardening, cats, religion, classic books like To Kill a Mockingbird and Animal Farm.
